The Battle on the Boards AR AACTFEST

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV)- The ARCTA and Arts and Science Center of Southeast Arkansas will host Battle on the Boards Saturday, Feb. 7. 

Arkansas AACTFEST invites local theater communities to come together and attend their day of workshops and performances. 

Their festival schedule begins at 8 a.m. and will last until 8 p.m. 

Registration fees include $10 for a festival pass which allows access to all performances and an invitation to the cast party, $15 dollars for meals and $5 for workshops.  

Sponsoring the event is Murphy USA and it will be located off 701 South Main in Pine Bluff.

ASC presents Nanotechnology: "What's the Big Deal?"

PINE BLUFF Ark. (KTHV) - The Arts and Science Center is hosting an interactive exhibition about nanotechnology to show the people of Pine Bluff 'what's the Big Deal?'

'Nanotechnology: What's the Big Deal?' is an exhibit that brings light to the details behind nanoscale science, engineering and technology.

This event is free and will last until Jan. 2.

PBPD offering safe, fun Halloween event for families

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) – If you’re still looking for something to do Halloween night, the Pine Bluff Police Department has the perfect event for you.

Sergeant David De Foor told THV11 News that the department will host their annual Fall Festival at the Pine Bluff Convention Center October 31 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is free, and various games and candy will be available for the kids; PBPD will also provide concessions.

All families are invited to join.
