Police offering reward for information on Pine Bluff fatal hit-and-run

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) – The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a hit-and-run that happened last month.

On November 4, shortly before 7 p.m., 45-year-old Annie Harris of Pine Bluff was reportedly walking on 13th Avenue near Cedar Street when she was hit by a vehicle that then left the scene. Harris died from her injuries several days later in a Little Rock hospital.

Initially investigated by the department's Traffic Division, the case has been transferred to the Detective Division for continued investigation.

At this time, the suspect was believed to be driving a dark colored four door truck that was possibly a Chevrolet.

Police believe that anyone in the area around 7 p.m. on Nov. 4 may have information and they have also asked businesses in the areas to check security cameras.
