Man no longer charged with murder in UAPB student death
News

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) -- The man arrested in connection to the murder of a UAPB student is no longer being charged with murder.

Eighteen-year-old Harold Magee's arrest affidavit reportedly did not have enough sufficient evidence for murder charges in the shooting death of 21-year-old Keith Wilbert Junior.

Wilbert was killed during a home invasion in Pine Bluff in September.

Magee was arrested on January 20 after evidence was found that allegedly linked him to the murder. Magee is being held on a $25,000 bond for a theft by receiving charge.

The investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
