Pine Bluff police seize weapon, money & over 3,000 grams of drugs

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - The Pine Bluff Police Department conducted a drug bust that led to the arrest of three men and the recovery of a large amount of drugs, a weapon and thousands of dollars. 

On January 27, the Pine Bluff Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division was conducting surveillance on two suspects they believed were selling marijuana, cocaine and crack cocaine. 

The first suspect, Calvin McCray, was stopped on a traffic violation at East 11th and South Florida in Pine Bluff. He was found with around 36.6 grams of cocaine, 6 grams of crack cocaine, 6.9 grams of marijuana and $656. McCray was booked for possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (crack cocaine and possession f a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (marijuana). 

A second suspect, Fredric Lowe, was arrested during a search warrant at 801 S. Wisconsin apartment 18. Lowe was in possession of approximately 2,745.96 grams of marijuana, 465.46 grams of cocaine, 33.6 grams of crack cocaine, four ecstasy pills and $4,752. He was booked for trafficking of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (marijuana) and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (crack cocaine). 

The final suspect, Marquise Brown, was also taken into custody during the Wisconsin apartment search warrant. He had in his possession a 9mm Beretta and 2.2 grams of crack cocaine. Brown was booked for possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver (crack cocaine) and simultaneous possession of guns and drugs. 

According to the Pine Bluff Police Department, the street value of all of the narcotics totaled to $123,894.
