WHO: Willie Roaf, former NFL tackle and Pine Bluff, Ark., football legend, will be honored in his hometown community as part of a special program called "Hometown Hall of Famers presented by the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Allstate."

WHAT: Roaf will be recognized by representatives of the Pro Football Hall of Fame (PFHOF), Allstate Insurance Company and the Pine Bluff, Ark., community during a special ceremony at Pine Bluff High School. The event will take place Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Roaf, a Louisiana Tech University alumnus, was a first-round draft pick of the New Orleans Saints in the 1993 NFL Draft. He quickly earned All-Rookie honors and went on to play 189 career games across 13 seasons with the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs. Roaf was an 11-time Pro Bowl selection and was named the NFC Offensive Lineman of the Year in both 1994 and 1995. He was named first-team All-NFL seven times, All-NFC six times and All-AFC three times. He is a member of the 1990s NFL All-Decade Team and the 2000s NFL All-Decade Team. Roaf was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2012.
