A little change in the forecast as the upper level high pressure drifts off to the west. This will allow a trough of low pressure along the gulf coast to affect mainly the eastern part of the state, with better T'storm chances.

And with that high pressure area, low level ozone could be a problem for persons with respiratory issues, therefore an Ozone Action Day is set for Thursday. Record heat may is possible today and for the weekend as high pressure aloft gains strength.
